This workshop is designed to provide guidance to beginning and established researchers, scholars, and practitioners who want to improve their effectiveness in writing for publications. Particular attention will be placed on conventions and expectations for publication in English-language journals and refereed conference proceedings in this conference fields. The workshop will focus on structure and format, logical development of core arguments, theoretical grounding, and presentation of data and other forms of evidence. Submission requirements and review criteria for the conference Journals will be used to explain the manuscript evaluation process, and best practice and common mistakes in journal manuscript and conference paper submissions explained. The workshop will be conducted in a highly participatory format, and individual questions and concerns regarding writing for publications will be encouraged.
